National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Ranchi is a unit of NIELIT institutions established by the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India. This center was established in 2014 and since then, it has been offering over 10 short-term and long-term courses in the field of Information Technology (IT) and Computer Applications. NIELIT Ranchi admission to long-term courses is through NIELIT entrance test. NIELIT Exam is conducted at the national level by the institute itself as the exam conducting body. The NIELIT exam is being held twice a year, probably in January and July.

Yes, you can get admission in NIELIT Ranchi for certificate courses with7% marks in 12th as the criteria for admission is 10+2 and basic computer knowledge (or some programming language knowledge for any respective specific language-oriented course). NIELIT Ranchi offers a fairly wide range of courses for students ready to learn ranging from Digital Literacy courses, to Short term and Long term courses.Admission to these courses is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Candidates can apply online through the student portal of NIELIT by filling the online application form.
