Students willing to take admission in UG courses at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) candidates must take the CUET-UG exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The application process for CUET-UG is usually concluded between February and March. Also, the CUET-UG exam is generally held in the month of May.
If the candidate obtains a good score/ rank in CUET can register further for the counselling process for registering and locking their course preferences after paying the counselling round fees.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) courses admissions are entirely based on the score of CUET. For admission in UG courses and PG courses at BBAU candidates must appear in CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University accepts CUET-PG scores for admission to postgraduate courses such as MA, MSc, MBA, M.Tech and MCA, among others. Candidates seeking admission to BBAU PG courses must have a valid CUET-PG score to register themselves for the counselling round.
Candidates after declaration of the CUET-PG result need to register for the counselling process. They need to submit their course of choice for admission.

- Marksheet/ gradesheet of the qualifying degree course (self-attested)
- Character Certificate from the dean/ head/ principal of the university/ institution last attended (in original)
- Migration Certificate from competent authority of the university/ institution last attended, to be notified later
- SC/ ST/ PwD/ Kashmiri Migrant/ NRI Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (self-attested). Candidates shall bring all the original certificates/ documents for verification

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) can apply for the MBA programme at BBAU Lucknow. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. The university considers CUET-PG and CAT score for providing admission to MBA course. The first thing is maintain the attendance. Because that will become the major factor for your exam. And try to get GPA above 8.5 from the beginning. Start involving in club activities from the beginning. Go to sport activities. The very important thing is don't do mischievous activities in class.

CGPA is calculated as grade points x credit of that subject. Some subjects like mathematics has 4 credits, electrical, electronics have 3 credits and languages have 1 credit. The grade points means if you get 90-100 marks, the grade point is 10. Likely 80-89 is 9 GP, 70-79 is 8 GP, and so on.
