LU gives admission in B.Tech course through UPSEE. So you have to secure atleast a fair rank to take admission in LU.

If you want to pursue Engineering in Lucknow University then there is no need to fill the form of LU separately as it gives admission through your UPSEE rank only.

Hi Dear,
I think LPU is better than the mentioned name in the question. As per the LPU website, the eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years. After 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent. LPU NEST as of now is for scholarship purpose only. Being a govt. employee, without obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your department, you can not pursue the regular LLB course. However, if your employer is permitting for the same than you can pursue the regular LLB course after sanctioning of higher study leaves for three years. Further higher study leaves can only be availed after the successful execution of service bond.

Yes, you can do that, but the thing is that the college you had left and the institute you want to join should be affiliated from same university. If this is the situation then it is good for you, otherwise your first two years in B.Tech are waste.
