The placements at Sourashtra College are on a positive trend with more than 70% of the students getting jobs. Around 125 students registered in the last placement cycle, and around 105 students were placed in companies. The highest salary offer was around INR 12 LPA. The average salary was INR 5 LPA. Reputed companies such as HDFC Bank, SBI Life, Flipkart, etc., participated in the recruitment process. The placement cell has tried their level best to get the student linked with potential employers; however, students have normally shown interest in getting more diverse jobs and better placement support also.

Sourashtra College is generally rated as a decent institution for commerce and arts students. It has quality faculty who take pride in teaching the student population with quality support.
