The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering and The National Institute of Engineering are 960 and 420, respectively. While Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering offers this course in 8 specialisations, The National Institute of Engineering offers the same in 5 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering due to higher seats.

While Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering offers this course in 8 specialisations, The Oxford College of Engineering offers the same in 10 specialisations. However, in terms of affordability, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is a better option since the total tuition fee for Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is INR 386,296 and the total tuition fee for B.E. / B.Tech at NMAM Institute of Technology is INR 334,104 - INR 887,840.
In the total fees that students generally end up paying the university or the college, various other components are also included, such as the exam fee, application fee, lab and other charges.

Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering and Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering both are renowned universities for MBA/PGDM. However, in terms of affordability, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is a better option since the total tuition fee for Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering is INR 240,000 and the total tuition fee for MBA/PGDM at Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering is INR 600,000.

Yes, NIE Mysore accepts JEE scores for B.E. admissions. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their qualifying subjects (40% for reserved categories). In addition to this, they need to clear either the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) or the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main.

Applicants must meet the eligibility and selection requirements in order to be considered for admission to the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research. Course-specific selection criteria apply. It is the candidates' merit in the most recent qualifying exam that counts toward a BSc, MSc, BBA, etc. Entrance exams are accepted for MD, MBBS, BDS, and other courses. Hence, JSS Mysore does not offer direct admission.
