The cutoff is not yet received from the college it might be released on 1st August 2019 after you can get. Another option is check for previous year cutoff.

Yes, you can get. Please apply through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/ through direct second year engineering (DSE) tab. Complete your registration process and make necessary payment. The admission are based on centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra.
Further, all types of candidates, including minorities, aspiring for admission under any quota, it is mandatory to get registered and get documents verified and confirmed at facilitation center.
