It depends on the company itself. In general, most companies do not really value class 10th & class 12th board marks too much. Much more important parameters like your grades, your knowledge, your projects and your training experience factor in the decision making process.

Which percentage are you talking about. If it's your boards percentage then it is enough to get into NIT after clearing JEE MAINS with good score.
If the marks mentioned above is JEE normalised score then it won't be possible to get into NIT . The normalised score for getting into any NIT should be more than 90. Moreover if CS IT is the branch you are concerned about , the score may be more than 95 even . I am talking about Normalised score and not marks . I hope it helped. Good luck.

The percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11 respectively, so without qualifying getting any college is difficult.
