Institute of Business Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai (IBSR), Navi Mumbai is fine but if you are looking for some good colleges in Navi Mumbai. I would suggest you go through the below colleges:
1. Sinhgad Institute of Business Management, Dadar East, Mumbai (http://www.sycspm.org/index.html)
2. Kohinoor Business School (http://www.kohinoor.edu.in)

I honestly cannot comment on how Dalmia and SIES are. ITM definitely has an advantage of placements in this case. You should get in touch with the current students of the colleges you have applied for.
