Both are best. The first point is that your area of interest towards the subject. B.Com is a 3 years course while integrated MBA is 4 years course. If you are interested in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management, Finance etc.you can apply for an MBA.

Both the universities are great.
I do not have much knowledge regarding the course.
But, both the universities are good and according to me.
NIIT University is better for B.Tech as compared to Amity University, Noida.

In my personal view, I would prefer NIIT University over UPES-Dehradun, for the below mentioned reasons. One of the added bonus is that of the NIIT legacy, belonging to the IT background, NIIT proves to be a strong backbone for NU. It has been in the software development and IT for the past few decades. Yes, you can get admission in the 2nd year of CSE at NIIT University, however there is a whole process to be followed to get it. Here is how you can get into NU after 1st year. One thing to know is that, lateral entry is allowed only after 1st year and not later. Applicants are required to submit:
Mark sheets and/or Grade sheets of the first semester or the first two semesters as applicable Copy of syllabus certified by college/university
Reasons for seeking lateral entry
B Tech Application Form via online or offline mode
