Here I can tell you the records of Asian Business School, Noida for PGDM.
Faculty members are excellent. Here professor are experienced, cooperative, have friendly behavior, and most importantly you don't have to be impress faculty to gain internal marks. Don't think about acres of infrastructure. It is just a 6 floor building. That's it. However, location of campus is upto the mark. They have ACs in classrooms, corridors, and all in the campus. Fully Wi-Fi areas (only for PGDM students) even in hostels. Playground area is almost negligible. Library and comp lab is merged. Overall don't expect a world class infrastructure & facilities

JIIT Noida is a good institution recognized by NIRF (MHRD) & AICTE. It has good records regarding placements as well as rankings. For more info you can read the article about it on shiksha.com

DU is always better than other private university and colleges. DU has its own name and fame. Students come from abroad to pursue their graduation from Delhi University. There are many cutoffs released by DU.

Yes, you can apply today also as the admission process still goes on in July as well.
You can apply online. Fill the application form and then, you will get your entrance exam and personal interview date.

B.Arch is a outstanding course to study with a lot of scope in as well as out of India.
To answer your question, I will say go for Amity Noida. Good faculty, great development plannings with descent infrastructure. But the course fee is much higher. So think before u go. Go to the university office fill up the form give entrance. Best of luck.

Amity university takes admission on the basis of board result
(criteria is student should have more than 69% in PCM and English) and they take a interview and a written test.
Amity has started their own exam from now on which they call AMITYJEE.
So, you have to crack AMITYJEE and then you can take admission at Amity University.

Yes, you can easily apply as the aggregate score is 50% in graduation.
