The admission is through the IIHM e CHAT exam.You need to be 12th pass with 50% to be able to appear for the exam.

12th standard with commerce can take admission in the B.Com course.
It is the graduation level course. If you have above then 60% marks in 12th standard. then you can take admission in the famous college of India.
But many college take admission at the 50% marks or above in the 12th standard. If you want to take admission in the any college then contact the college for the eligibility criteria and more information or you can visit the official website of that college.

PICT is one of the better colleges in Maharashtra to pursue CSE.
It definitely ranks above MITCOE.
You can take a look at the placement report of PICT to get a better idea.

The test is pretty much based on your boards and basic level JEE questions. It's not really tough and quite easy to score a 120+ that can safely secure your seat.
Also, scoring a 105+ in JEE can fetch you a seat through the JEE counselling.
I have stated according to the last year's cut offs. It may vary slightly this year.

Colleges in Maharashtra gave to accept students based on MHT CET. Hence normally speaking you are not eligible, but seats against all India quota are allotted beaded on JEE Mains. You have to make an attempt for this Quota.
