Both, B-schools have their own pros and cons. If you desire to get the coveted IIM tag, IIM Raipur is a good choice. Else placements-wise, MDI is currently way ahead though IIM would catch up in the future. https://www.shiksha.com/resources/college-comparison-130065-9938. No chances for NIT by this score. You have to qualify the score at least 180 above if you come under OBC category.

Yes, its necessary to give an entrance exam to get into B.Pharma college.
Most colleges that offer B.Pharma programs conduct their own entrance exams to select eligible candidate.Medical colleges in India offer admission to prospective candidates only on the basis of the ranks that they attain in the entrance exam.

Sorry, you are not eligible to take admission in both the colleges you mentioned.
Your rank is too high.
At this rank, no college will provide you admission.
So, take admission in a private college via management quota.

Hello Aakash,
Jharkhand conducts it's own CET and hence except for IIT equivalent college & NIT, rest all admit students based on entrance exam conducted by the state.

It is clear that, you have a very different combination of marks and rank.
But, it will depend on how the authorities determines the outcome. Till then, check the Individual websites for more information. Here Are the Links.
