It is indeed great to know your desire to pursue PhD. It's great. Normally speaking, one can pursue Ph.D without attending any college. Hence, I feel it is perfectly possible to do what you are thinking. Firstly, you will have to clear entrance exam for admission. Then search and get accepted by guide. Then select research topic with guidance from your guide. Register yourself with university for this subject and guide. Then, you are on your own.

Admission in universities or institutes offering B.Sc in Agriculture course is done basically in two modes. It is done either based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Direct Admission) or written exam conducted by the university/institution that offers the degree.
The details on how to apply for B.Sc. degree in Agriculture can be collected from the authorized website of the institution along with the information on course details and available number of seats.The application forms can be obtained either through the college office or from the concerned web portal.

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed from Singhania but you have at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree.
