Kazan State Medical University is one of the universities that do not publish official data on the acceptance rate. However, as per the EduRank, the Kazan State Medical University acceptance rate is 68%. Such a high acceptance rate clearly indicates that it is not very hard to get into KSMU. However, interntional students should check the minimum eligibility before applying to KSMU. Also, the data for acceptance rate is taken from an unofficial source, therefore, it is subject to vary.

Kazan State Medical University is a public university funded by the Russian government. The university of founded some 200 years ago by the command of Emperor Alexander I to establish a university in Kazan in 1804. The KSMU is medical university that operates under self-governance and is part of the Higher Education and Scientific Research system of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The university was granted license number 16 G-235 on March 6, 1994, by the state.

Yes, Kazan State Medical University offer accommodations to international students. However, the housing options are limited and international students have to live with domestic students in dormitories. However, the living conditions are rather Spartan: two or three persons to a room, eight rooms on each floor, one kitchen, two toilets, shower in the basement. International students are not given the option to select their rooms.
