The branch wise placement rates for 2025 are yet to be released however, the NIT Srinagar placement report 2023 has released its engineering branch-wise placement rates. The highest placement rate was recorded from the IT branch. Check out the placement rates during the NIT Srinagar placements 2023 presented below:

CUET expected score requirement: 150–200 marks (General category) for B.A. Political Science honors. Reserved categories may not need to achieve much high scores. Overall cutoffs depend on minor variances based on specialization and competition level. Final admission results will depend on Merit list rank requirement, corresponding seat availability and reservation requirements announced by the respective university.

The annual expenses of the Integrated MBA (IMBA) course in Kashmir University is different depending upon the admission type (regular or self-financed). The regular fee charged every year as tuition fee is about INR 13,820 in case of regular admissions. But in self-financed seats, there is an initial payment, which is big (approximately INR 2,50,000), followed by Fee in the normal structure. Hostel charges are separate it is approximately INR 1.40 Lacs that is charged for five years.

Yes, it is important that the BTech aspirants have a valid score of JEE Main. NIT Srinagar grants admission based on merit in this entrance score only. The specialisation-wise cutoff is released as per merit in the entrance examination. For seat allotment, the aspirants rank is taken into consideration. Hence, the aspirants must appear for the national-level exam and secure a good rank.

The total fees is inclusive of various components, which are one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually or semester-wise. NIT Srinagar BTech tuition fee amount is INR 5 lakh for the complete course duration. At the time of admission, selected students have to pay the admission fees or the first semester fee to lock their seats. It must be noted that the mentioned amount is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and hence, is indicative.

NIT Srinagar CCMN cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to MSc specialisations. Round 1 of the cutoff has been released. The cutoff for the General AI category candidates varied between 1431 and 1788. Among the OBC AI category, the ranks varied between 1879 and 2266. NIT Srinagar SC category cutoff for MSc were between 3775 and 4850. For the ST AI category, the rank was 6647 for MSc in Mathematics. For the EWS category candidates, the range of cutoff was between 1790 and 2492

You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.
