Hi Ankit, you can apply but whether you will get admission no one can predict or guarantee. Depends on your profile and MIT's internal selection process. There is no single factor basis which they decide.
You need not apply for scholarship, all applicants are considered for financial aid at the time of admissions. Scholarships are then awarded to candidates with an all-rounded profile. All the best.

Evaluate your own profile and check if the program, you are looking for really needs a subject test. If you have a stellar academic profile you may very well consider submitting your application without a subject test.
However, it is advisable, you should submit your SAT subject tests as well as Stanford is judged as the world's most selective university.

There is no minimum cut-offs. A score of above 1350 will be good, but it will not guarantee admissions. You must have an all-rounded profile, outstanding academics, good SAT, strong extra curricular activities and high intelligence to be considered for MIT.

Consider checking some ranking websites such as QS world ranking or Times Higher Education to know about the best universities. It will give you the official ranking.
1. Indiana University.
2. Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
3. Kettering University.
4. Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
5. Imperial College London.
6. University of Surrey, etc. are some popular options.

There is no MS AI in MIT, if you are interested in a particular program research well first. Have you checked the MIT website? Get into the Master's of Engineering program or Master of Science program offered by the EECS Department, you will have research opportunities in AI and Robotics. Good academic recodrd, GRE and exceptional innovative skills need to be demonnstrated. Here is a link
