First of all, you register yourself for counselling. After registration, open portal though your login and password. Fill blank space which are applicable for you. After that, upload 12th mark sheet, 10th certificate. If you are eligible for free waiver click option "Fee Waiver" and then upload income certificate. Then submit and pay Rs. 1000 online through NET banking/debit card. After payment, document is to be verified by UPSEE counselor online.
