Yes, if you're having around 65% in CBSE Class 12 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), then you're usually fine to apply for B.Tech at Lovely Professional University… but only if you actually satisfy the exact subject conditions for that particular program. Most of the time LPU asks for Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, and also for the required aggregate percentage.
