No, NIT Uttarakhand BTech admissions are purely entry-based. The institute accepts JEE Main scores. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must apply for the JEE Main exam. Based on JEE Main scores, students are ranked and allocated a seat. Moreover, the students must also fulfill the eligibility requirements prescribed by the institute.

To get a seat in the National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses, candidates must visit the official website of respective national-level entrance exam conducting bodies to register themselves. Eligible candidates are then required to appear for the entrance test, followed by another selection process. The exam officials will be releasing the CUET PG 2025 registartion form in the last week of December 2024, tentatively. It is likely that the CUET PG 2025 exam notification will be released in the month of September 2024. Candidates are advised to check mimimal educational qualifications required for the courses and its particiapting universities they wish to apply for.

CUET PG 2025 exam is conducted by NTA every year for admissions to the Masters degree programmes offered by around 190 particiaoting institutes. In order to appear in the CUET PG 2025 exam, candidates need to make registrations for the CUET PG application form 2025.
