The GB Pant University provides the students with this opportunity as a result of which the students with Diploma degree can directly take admission in the third semester of the BTech course.

Seats for admission in the BTech course by GBPUAT, is allocated by the counselling process based on the JEE Mains score. Addition to this, the minimum required aggregate for class 12 is 45% (5% relaxation to reserved categories.) with Mathematics and Physics being compulsory subjects.
