Yes it is. In terms of project opportunities and placements, VIT and MS Ramaiah are pretty even. The exposure at both colleges is quite brilliant. So I suggest that you choose based on convenience also consider financial comparisons.

Man try for some more marks, I don't think so that it will be enough to get you in there and also try for CMAT and other MBA exams don't just rely on one.

Yes, you can. Call them up and ask about it. They release a form for the same. Although the fees through this procedure will be around 4lakhs per annum.

You can get admission in private colleges or state engineering colleges. I am sorry to say this but you cannot get Computer science branch in any good NIT or SRM or VIT but you can pursue it from other colleges which could offer you the course.

Yes, because SRM is still an emerging B-School the salary package is low. But when the students attempt off-campus recruitment the salary package comes in par with VIT and SSN
