At GIBS Bangalore, a PGDM student gets a lot of structured placement training and skill-building support spread over the two-year programme. This includes aptitude training, communication practice, mock group discussions, mock interviews, resume work, and industry-focused sessions as part of the finishing school and other preparation activities. Every year, there are around 80 – 90+ companies that come to GIBS Business School to conduct intern drives, and each company will give the opportunity for interns both in terms of an internship and work experience.
