At GIBS Bangalore, a PGDM student gets a lot of structured placement training and skill-building support spread over the two-year programme. This includes aptitude training, communication practice, mock group discussions, mock interviews, resume work, and industry-focused sessions as part of the finishing school and other preparation activities. Every year, there are around 80 – 90+ companies that come to GIBS Business School to conduct intern drives, and each company will give the opportunity for interns both in terms of an internship and work experience. This means that nearly identical to 100% of students who are qualified for an internship through their course have gained access to real-world experience from a variety of businesses during their studies.
