The GIBS Business School provides numerous opportunities for students to gain international experience and equip themselves with the understanding of global business. The school incorporates global education and practical experience into its curricula in order to widen students' knowledge about world business practices. 

The most notable international opportunities provided by the GIBS Business School are the following:

•  Global Immersion Programme with optional international trips to foreign countries including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE, during which students can visit various companies, universities, and participate in workshops, lectures, and cultural activities.
•  International projects with foreign universities that allow students to receive better education and obtain international experience.
•  International professors and guest speakers who teach about various international business problems and issues.
•  International projects that enable students to cope with business challenges.
•  Networking with distinguished academics and successful entrepreneurs through seminars and conferences.
•  Placement in companies that work on international markets and internship opportunities for students.

GIBS College places importance on the development of students not only from an educational perspective but also with regard to their personality, leadership skills, and the practical side of the industry. Various skills acquired are very important for a successful career development of students.

There are several important initiatives taken for achieving this objective:

•  CPMP. The Certificate Program in Management and Personality Program focuses on developing public speaking skills and overall personality development.
•  Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship initiatives emphasize students' creativity.
•  Mock interviews and group discussions allow students to prepare for their graduation.
•  Guest lectures, workshops, and seminars organized for students give an opportunity for students to communicate with the representatives of the business world.
• Leadership programs, student clubs, cultural events, and business competitions contribute to the development of students' teamwork skills.
•  Faculty mentoring promotes the development of students' personal skills.
•  Students spend time doing internships, working on real projects, and visiting enterprises, which provides them with great practical experience.

When I joined GIBS, I wasn't very confident about speaking in front of people, but slowly things changed. We had presentations, group projects, events and activities that helped me come out of my comfort zone. The faculty were supportive too, which made it easier to improve without feeling nervous.

I studied at GIBS, and honestly, my experience there was pretty good. I liked that college life wasn't only about classes and exams. There were presentations, projects, events and other activities, so I got to interact with different people and learn things outside the classroom too.

Overall, I had a good experience at GIBS. For me, the biggest takeaway was the confidence I gained and the exposure I got during my time there. I'd say it was a good phase of my student life.
