At GIBS Business School, the packages are pretty good. Infact It's one of the best college in terms of placements and ROI.
- Most students usually get around 5–7 LPA
- Some good performers go up to 8–10 LPA
- Jobs are usually in marketing, HR, sales, finance, business roles
- College gives decent support with training and placements
- Your own skills and communication matter the most
Honestly, it's one of those colleges where you get what you put in. If you work on yourself properly, you can land a good package.
And yeah, I got around 9 LPA from GIBS, so it's definitely possible if you take things seriously

Programs at GIBS have varying lengths based on which programme you choose:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): 3 Years
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM): 2 Years

You don't strictly need CAT to get into GIBS Business School. They accept both CAT and MAT scores, but even if you haven't appeared for them, you can still get admission through their direct admission or interview process.
CAT → accepted, helps in selection
MAT → also accepted, gives another option
No exam → possible through interview or direct admission
Focus on communication, confidence, and overall profile
In short, GIBS is flexible. You can join even without CAT or MAT if you perform well in the selection process.

BA is a popular course of Siddharth College. It is offered for three-years. Total 366 seats are offered in the course. Admissions are merit based. However, there are no placement statistics available as per official website. The college is 'NAAC B' accredited. Students from any recognised board and any stream can apply. College releases merit list of students in multiple rounds.
