Yes, commerce student with an interest in computer science can pursue B.Sc in computer science. Many institutes accept students from diverse backgrounds for admissions in B.Sc. However, for many Universities, you may not be eligible if you have completed your 12th in commerce background. But still, you can apply in various good institutes for Bsc in Cs. It depends on the institute you are applying to. Many colleges provide admissions based on 12 th marks and many conduct entrance exams for the same. MBA is one of the top courses of College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University. Students pursuing MBA from the college are open to placements. As per the NIRF report 2023, the median package of INR 3 LPA was offered to PG (2-year) students. A total of 197 students were placed from PG two-year courses.

Yes you can apply for Commerce with 12th in Science stream because with Science stream you can go for any Bachelor.  On the other hand if you are passed with 12th in Commerce or Arts you are not eligible to apply for Science courses in Bachelor degree.

A commerce student can do Clinical Psychology. The good news is that your commerce background doesn't hinder your pursuit of clinical psychology. While it's a different field, the ability to analyze data, understand human behavior (in terms of economic decisions), and possess strong communication skills can be valuable assets in clinical psychology.

Yes, you can definitely do 11th and 12th in commerce stream. Commerce stream needs to be available at the institute you are choosing. The fees depends on the institute you are choosing, whether it's of state board or central board. Although the average fees of good institutes lie between the range of INR 50,000 to INR 1 lacs yearly. Many of the institutes also provide optional subject facility to students like computer science, physical education, Hindi etc. You can choose any one according to your interest. Actuarial Science courses are primarily based on Mathematical techniques and coming from a non-math background will not help you meet the requirements for becoming an Actuary. That's why, Mathematics is a mandatory subject for Actuarial Science courses admission.

No, you cannot pursue BFTech course after completing Class 12 in Commerce stream. Only students who have completed Class 12 with Science stream can aplly for the course. 

If you wish to pursue Design courses after schoolings, then you can apply for BDes course. It is a four-year bachelor's Design degree. You can also pursue BA and BSc with Design specialisations. These courses are open for students from all streams.
