Hello Manish,I feel the percentile that you have received is at very critical level. Many students are likely to appear again in April for improvement in their percentile. I am assuming you to be of general category. As for the first time percentile system is applied so I cannot tell you a fixed score but yes 96+%ile can work here. Last year's cut-off was around 4500 rank. For more details, click on the link below:

Eligibility - Minimum percentage required to apply is 50% marks. Other eligibility criteria:
Candidate must have studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational with the above mentioned percentage in mentioned subjects. Backward class categories and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only should have minimum 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational taken together.
