Hi Jay, the minimum requirements to apply to UVic - Graduation from a recognized high school with either the All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or the Indian School Certificate (awarded by the CISCE) with 70%. I believe you have a score of 68% so not quite eligible. Write to the university before applying.
To pursue BS degree you must complete 12 years of formal education. There is no age limit but if applicants do have gaps they must provide supporting statements.
I will advice you contact directly with the universities.

You can apply to New Zealand as the country is not very fond of only academic performance. You can also apply to Atlantic Canada colleges as these are not very demanding in terms of academics

If what you are looking for is scope and salary I would suggest that you take BS(research program) instead of btech CSE. Syllabus consist of 70% practical and only 30% theory. The labs are industrial based. Authorities even assure 100% placement. Register @ www.educationalservices.in and they ll contact you.

Yes, computer science has no link with science but you should have math too in commerce, after 12th if you think you are interested in cs then you have to do integrated course as you cant join engineering college.
