According to me, BBA in hospitality, travel and tourism is better because India might be marked as flabbergasting number 41 in the top countries visited worldwide but it is sought to get better in years to come. Keeping in mind that there is no dearth of job prospects in the hospitality, tourism and travel industry, on completion of your tourism studies, one can venture into the many lucrative aspects of the industry. You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA

Your low marks might trouble you, if you opt for engineering, but there are other courses around for you to choose. You can opt for B.Sc (IT or CS) or go for the BCA + MCA course. All these courses require PCM combination. So, you can opt for it. I don't think low marks in mathematics will cause any problem in these courses.
I hope it helps. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
