The NTA released the CSIR NET 2024 application form for the December session in an online mode on the official website at csirnet.nta.ac.in on December 9, 2024. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form. Those candidates who have successfully filled out the application form will be issued the CSIR UGC NET 2024 admit card. The last date to apply is January 2, 2025 (extended).

If a candidate finds any discrepancies in the CSIR NET certificate, then he or she should download the certificate again from the official website. But if the same issue persists again, contact the examination authority for assistance.

It takes 4-5 months to prepare for the CSIR NET JRF syllabus when you study 10-15 hours daily. The time length of study differs from person to person, you should decide how much time you need to invest. Read the syllabus and make your list of weak topics and strong topics according to your B.Sc. or M.Sc. subjects.
Create a Study Plan for the exam. To begin with the preparation, candidates must first make a study plan and then adhere to it.

The exam pattern includes 120 questions divided into General Aptitude, Physics-I (Core subjects), and Physics-II (Advanced subjects). Each question carries two marks, with a negative marking of 13 for every incorrect answer.
