CTET is an acronym used for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test and is conducted in two sessions: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both the papers include a total of 150 MCQs. The first paper consists of questions from the following subjects: Child Development and Pedaogaoy, Language-1 (compulsory), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. The questions in Paper 2 include (four sections) Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics and Sciences/Social Studies. The maximum number a student can get in Paper 1 is 150.

The duration of Central Teacher Eligibility Test ( CTET) 2024 is two hours and 30 minutes. The examination is a multiple choice question (MCQ) type. With -
+1 marks for each correction answers.
0 marks for each wrong answer.
0 marks for each unattempted question.
The total number of questions are 150 each ( Paper 1 and Paper 2). With 150 being the maximum marks.
The examination is scheduled on 21 January 2024.

While the entire Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)examination focuses equally on all five subjects. The most scoring Subject on the basis of ease in learning is Child Development and Pedagogy.
The subject has easy to moderate level of questions and is easy to tackle once the basics are well learned .
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is scheduled on 21 January 2024.
