Hi, As per my knowledge integrated M.Sc+B.Ed graduates are eligible for CTET. Only those candidates who are pursuing a regular mode of course in correspondence course passed out in the same year are ineligible as per NCTE norms. All the best.

In private schools CTET is not mandatory. It depends on the selecting authorities.

The basic eligibility for the exam is a graduation or a 2-year Diploma in elementary education with minimum 45%-50% marks.
Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education or,
Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002 or,

As per UGC NET information bulletin-2018, there is no need to CTET or any other courses for NET exam. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this Test.
