You should follow below steps. Check the latest CTET 2019 Syllabus and Exam Pattern
Analyse previous years' papers
Study NCF 2005 and NCERT Textbooks
Attempt mock test on a daily basis to identify your weak areas, so that you can focus on the areas. All the best.

No, you have not qualified CTET yet. It is 82 marks for reserved category and 90 marks for unreserved category. Be prepared again.

In CTET you have to secure 55% marks, if you are in reserved category, otherwise you have to secure 60% Marks.
