As you pursued Masters in Chemistry subject, if you want to become a lecturer then apply for CSIR NET Exam. The CSIR NET Exam is conducted to select the deserving candidates for the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates are also awarded for Junior Research Fellowship through this exam. The exam is conducted for five Science streams -
Physical Sciences
Chemical Science
Mathematical Sciences
Earth Sciences
Life Sciences

If you have done B.Ed from a NCTE recognised university then it is valid all over India.

CTET cut off for general category is always 60% of total marks i.e. 90 marks.

CTET 1-8 is divided into two parts:
1. CTET primary 1-5
2. CTET upper primary 6-8
For clearing CTET you have to study languages (Hindi, English), Maths, Pedagogy, Environment for Primary Level and Pedagogy, Languages (Hindi, English), Maths & Science (for Science stream), Social Science (for art stream).

You can apply for the CTET exam. But recruiting authority has right to recruit or disqualify you without degree/Diploma in education.
