It will totally depend on government’s notification. Although, in every 6 months, it is conducted. It means twice a year.

As you pursued Masters in Chemistry subject, if you want to become a lecturer then apply for CSIR NET Exam. If you have done B.Ed from a NCTE recognised university then it is valid all over India.

CTET cut off for general category is always 60% of total marks i.e. 90 marks.

CTET 1-8 is divided into two parts:
1. CTET primary 1-5
2. CTET upper primary 6-8
For clearing CTET you have to study languages (Hindi, English), Maths, Pedagogy, Environment for Primary Level and Pedagogy, Languages (Hindi, English), Maths & Science (for Science stream), Social Science (for art stream

Is a NCTE approved B.Ed from other state is valid & accepted in Gujarat for Govt. jobs? If it's Not, then is only in case for Gujarat?

You can apply for the CTET exam. But recruiting authority has right to recruit or disqualify you without degree/Diploma in education.
