Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is a national-level and computer-based exam in India for admission to UG courses at central, state, deemed and also private colleges.
It is a single and standardized platform replacing high-weightage class 12 board marks for college admissions.

Start with Class 11–12 NCERTs to build your basics, then use subject-wise practice books for extra practice. For GAT, try reasoning, quant, and GK practice. Platforms like cuetmock cover all textbooks and previous years' papers, making preparation easier and helping track progress.

CUET coaching can really help with guidance and practice, but platforms like cuetmock are also great. They have previous years' papers, mock tests, and structured practice in one place, which makes preparation easier and helps track progress. For many aspirants, using it along with self-study really boosts confidence and speed.

As an IILM University student, the most effective way I found to revise multiple CUET subjects in a short time is to be smart, not exhaustive.
First, I focus only on high-weightage and frequently repeated topics from each subject instead of trying to cover everything. That alone saves a lot of time.
Second, I make short notes and formula sheets (or use already-made ones) and revise them daily. Quick revision works better than deep reading at the last moment.
Third, I practice PYQs and mock tests regularly. CUET questions follow a pattern, and solving them helps revise concepts faster than books.
I also divide my day

For CUET and NET preparation, there are many good YouTube channels that explain concepts clearly. Along with video lessons, using a structured practice platform like CUETMOCK can really help, as it provides mock tests that follow the exam pattern and detailed solutions to improve your preparation. This is my personal experience.

Students should complete their graduation with decent scores. After evaluating applicants' test scores, the college conducts the counselling process/ studio test.

I think so. Apart from the CUET, you can explore state or university-level tests for the BA courses. For example, IPU CET, JMI Entrance, AMU Entrance, LPU NEST, etc.
