Yes, if you are hoping for a college seat through government's counselling (in a government university or affiliated colleges). If not each college has a reserved no. Of seats to be taken up by paying certain amount of fee (which generally is more in amount compared to the government Counseled seats). The intake for Pharma. D each year is 30 students per college so brace yourself for a tough competition. Even though EAMCET opens doors for a lot of colleges I suggest you to attempt few of the entrance tests for other autonomous institutions.

Some institutes also admit students based on the candidates obtained merit at the level of graduation, while some conduct their own entrance tests for offering admission.
