I think, there is no MCA programm in Canada. So, you have one option, and that is MBA. It is the best in abroad. If you want to make your career in it, you can go for MCA degree. It is the best option after BCA, don't change your filed.

Getting backlog then clearing it subsequently is part and parcel of a student of engineering college. So just don't worry. Get good marks now onwards and then you can apply for govt jobs.

My advise is just don't worry about your lost engineering. Your BBA is also good enough. What's imp is to score marks as well as understand concepts. Based on this also you can do your PG or management abroad.
