Yes, Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education (ANUCDE) degrees are generally recognised for government exams in India.The reasons are:

1. They are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) - Distance Education Bureau (DEB)
2. recognised by various bodies like UGC and NAAC.

However, the validity of these degrees for government exams is a complex issue. In 2018, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) raised concerns about alleged irregularities in the certification process and temporarily suspended accepting ANU certificates for government jobs in Telangana. The issue remains unresolved. However, the research shows that the degree is valid, however, make the decision after evaluating all the aspects.

Forest Research Institute has divided the seats available for the Masters degree programme under the following criteria:

• SCHEDULED CASTES AND SCHEDULED TRIBES: Fifteen percent (15%) of the total available seats shall be reserved for scheduled castes and seven and half percent (7.5%) for scheduled tribe candidates subject to their being otherwise suitable.\
• OTHER BACKWARD CLASSE (OBC): The reservation to OBC is being provided as per the policy of the Govt. of India as
  defined by National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC).
• PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED: 3% reservation to the persons with Disabilities under the persons with Disabilities
  (Equal opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 Chapter
  No. 39.
• IN-SERVICE CANDIDATES: Five seats shall be reserved in M.Sc. Environment Management course for in-service
  candidates working in Government Departments/Autonomous bodies under the Central/State/Union Territory/ICFRE.
• FOREIGN NATIONALS: Reservation to the extent of 15% of the prescribed seats on supernumerary basis for
  Foreign Nationals shall be made for admission to each M.Sc. course available in the Institute.
