and as these degrees are approved by MOE (MINISTRY OF EDUCATION), they are definitely valid

The degree from Central University of Kashmir is valid everywhere in India . Central University of Kashmir (formerly known as the Central University of Jammu and Kashmir) was established in March 2009 with the appointment and joining of Prof. Abdul Wahid Qureshi, a noted academician and the former Vice Chancellor of University of Kashmir, as the First Vice Chancellor. The administrative office setup at 101, Baghi-Hyder, Hyderpora in May 2009 started functioning with a skelton staff engaged on deputation/ contract basis.

The degree from CUH is valid anywhere in India .Central University of Haryana is a Central University established under the Central Universities Act, 2009 of the Parliament. It is one of the 15 Central Universities established by MHRD, GoI under the XIth Five Year Plan (2007-12). The University is fully funded by the UGC.

Yes, the degree from DYPDC school of Design, Ajeenkya DY Patil University is valid since it is UGC (University Grant Commission) approved, but maybe it would be hard to find jobs beacuse it is a private institution with a average reputation of education quality and alumni experience.

Yes, degree from G. B. Pant Universtiy of Agriculture and Technology, which is state funded university is of course valid.
G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, also known as Pantnagar University, is the first agricultural university of India. It was inaugurated by Jawahar Lal Nehru on 17 November 1960 as the "Uttar Pradesh Agricultural University" (UPAU).
