TSSM is situated in Pune one of the best place for Technological college, You must be clear that the Online degree is Valid as this college is approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education). A degree obtained through the online/distance mode is equivalent to a degree obtained through the regular mode. UGC approved the online degree is valid in India for any course which is approved and always stay alert from fraud! But this college is genuinely approved by AICTE and has approval to promote Online Valid Degree for each and every student who satisfy terms and conditions to eligible for Online degree.

Under the NEP, some colleges like Delhi University allow you to complete your degree after a gap of some years. But that is only applicable if you have studied an NEP course. Since NEP was only brought into action last year, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to continue your degree after a gap of 2 years. You will most likely have to start studying for your degree from the beginning again.

Yes, the degree offered by Jhulelal Institute of Technology (JIT) is valid. The degrees offered by JIT are recognised by all the major employers in India and abroad. The degrees offered by JIT are recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. They are also recognised by the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), which is an international organisation of universities.
