Yes, you can take transfer to another college for the 2nd year in same course you should just apply but there is no guaranty that you will get the transfer.

CAT MAT CMAT and GMAT entrance exams whose scores are considered for admission in a MBA course. These scores are accepted by majority of the colleges and institutes in India. However, if you still want to pursue an MBA from a reputed B-school you can do the same without these entrance exams.
