According to UGC regulations, you are permitted to pursue both a Diploma and a degree. You can obtain a Diploma from any institution like, apply to IGNOU for a degree (Indira Gandhi National Open University).

Yes. Traditionally, for higher education after B.Voc there is an M.Voc. (Master of Vocation) degree which is generally a two-year post graduation degree course. Similarly, there are various PG Diploma courses for skill enhancement that can be taken completing the Bachelor. B.Voc is equivalent to any graduation degree and facilitates admission for post graduation courses like M.Voc. And MBA or Even Maharashtra. And if it's help you like it.
