Most of the top colleges cut-off will be 95 percentile in MAT and a few have cut-off around 90. Just check in which institute you want to join and their cut-off.

There is same cut off for outside Delhi and Delhi students. Admission is based on your 12th marks.
Cut off is released by Delhi University for different courses for different college. SRCC is one if the most prestigious college of Delhi Counselling.
Cut off for general-95+.
