Your percentage is very low for Hindu college. But you had chance to get admission in Hindu college if you belong to ST category in last cut off released by Delhi University.

1. You will have to take print out of SRCC College and the subject you want to study. Print out from Delhi university website portal of under graduation programme.
2. With all original documents you had to visit the college and contact to the concerned authorities.
3. Authorities check your marks and verify it.
4. Then, you will have to pay fees online on Delhi university website from login your account.
4. After paying fees, your admission will be confirmed.
