Coming to your point CSE branch is really good branch among all and all prefer this only but not all of us get this. Among Northern region Rkgit is not the only college and in Delhi there are number college. But now a days RKGIT CSE branch is going good. So no need to worry.

You can check for colleges in Ghaziabad like ABESEC, IMS, KN Modi, RJGIT. They are cheap in comparison with many colleges of Delhi NCR.

It is tough to answer without knowing your stream. If you want to go for professional course like engineering and medical sciences, then you have to face competitive exam. And, if you want to enroll in Delhi university, then you need to fill their form. Admission will be according to merit list only. However, some good college also takes interview after this.
