For answering your query, I went through the details of both the colleges and came to the conclusion that both the colleges are well-reputed colleges in this field. B.J. M. C. from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies has it's own value and Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from IIJNM, Bangalore has it's own value. Fostima is better than NDIM, but the fee is high. One can also look at ACCMAN powered by Sunstone as they offer pay after placement fee structure.

For ST category, last year cutoff were around 89%, so if you just reach that cutoff, you can easily get admission. Along with these, practice well for GD/PI.
