Hi swati,
You can look over the cutoff list of different colleges under Delhi university. B.Com programme in most of colleges are 98%. 82 cutoff is there in some of the colleges.

Yes, you have possibility to getting some colleges of South campus. But if you comes from reserved category then you have better chances to get a good college for B.Com programme.

Colleges offering admissions in M.A. (Politics) courses on the basis of entrance exam scores have a different process.
