To pursue a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), you generally need to have studied Science (with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in your 11th and 12th grade, as the eligibility criteria for BDS typically require a Science background. Since you studied Arts in 11th, you will need to take Science subjects (especially Biology) in your 12th to meet the requirements for BDS.
Alternatively, if you're committed to pursuing BDS, you could consider completing the necessary Science subjects through an open school or foundation course, and then appear for entrance exams like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for admission

To get admission in MDS Orthodontics at Manipal University, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, or Kalinga University in 2024, you must be having a BDS degree and one-year internship completed with your qualification in NEET-MDS 2024. NEET-MDS scorecard, BDS degree, internship certificate, and registration certificate should be submitted, and the admission notification and counseling schedules must be updated.

I couldn't specifically find those dental colleges, hospitals, and medical colleges financed by Jain community in Chennai. There are, however, several reputed dental colleges such as Tamil Nadu Government Dental College & Hospital, Sree Balaji Dental College, and Madha Dental College & Hospital in Chennai. For medical colleges, A.C.S. Medical College is also quite reputed, but these too are not specifically Jain-run. You may be interested in getting in touch with said institutions for further information.
