The bond amount varies from state to state and college to college
For example ,
in the case of private dental colleges, you will have to pay the entire amount of the whole duration of BDS course while in government dental colleges, in general the bond amount is of 5 lakhs if you leave the BDS course in between without completing it , again it may vary from state to state. So, I would suggest you to take admission in BDS only if you want to complete it, because if you leave in between then in this case you will waste a BDS seat and will have to pay Bond amount as well.

According to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the exam conducting body, the NEET MDS qualifying percentiles are as follows:
Category NEET MDS Cutoff Percentile NEET MDS 2024 Cutoff Score
General/EWS 50th Percentile 263
SC/ST/OBC 40th Percentile 230
General PWBD 45th Percentile 346
Only those candidates who will secure the NEET MDS cutoff 2024, will be eligible to participate in the NEET MDS 2024 counselling. Counselling for the MDS courses is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) based on the merit list.
