Hi Rashmi,
I think yes, you have pretty good chances of getting a BDS seat with your rank. But, again it depends on which state you are applying in.

There are chances. Seats in BDS are going vacant. Will get BAMS. You can approach the colleges. Admission round is going on.

Yes, of course.
BDS would cost lot less as expected to MBBS in government colleges, budget won't matter, as it would be under budget.
But, in private colleges, it will be very costly for MBBS degree as compared to BDS.
And, BDS is also a good course for future basis. You can also try for paid seat in top deemed university college in Maharashtra

Yes, you can, dear. You will have to bring CLC from the BDS college, they will provide you the certificate. Then, you can get admission in BAMS/BHMS colleges.

Everyone has right to chose as per constitution. Thing is after the final counselling of BDS you may need to pay the bond fine (if was signed). You have no restrictions for any stream counselling. But in some cases you may need NOC to take part in counselling and that may be at price of your BDS seat.

Well, you can get a private college, but you have to opt for a private medical college. And, maybe you have to go through management too, as this year the cutoff in Karnataka is much high. I hope it works.
