Yes, admission into LPU's B.Design Interior and Furniture programme remains possible for 2026 if 10+2 is completed with 60% aggregate marks including Physics, Mathematics, and English. Qualifying LPUNEST, JEE Main, or CUET required, with 5% relaxation for certain categories like North-East states or defence dependents. Admissions are open now via online application; scholarships up to 50% are available based on performance.

Yes, the competitive programs at the University of British Columbia have earlier admission deadlines for Indian students.

The courses like MA in Psychology, LLM and Master of Urban Design admission deadlines fall earlier, generally between the months like November and January.

There are general UBC admission deadlines but courses like these demand an earlier application for a timely evaluation

Lovely Professional University offers interior design–related programmes under its School of Interior and Furniture Design, with both Bachelor of Design (B.Des) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) options in Interior and Furniture. The courses focus on practical skills, studio work, and industry‑oriented projects rather than only theoretical study. On the official LPU website, the interiors track is listed as a regular, institute‑level programme with defined eligibility, duration, and curriculum, so a dedicated interior design path is available for students.

Game design is a part of the broader domain of game development. The domain is new in India but seems to grow gradually. My advice would be to pursue this field with a backup plan in hand, for example,  UX, UI Designers, Software Developers, Animation professionals etc. Don't limit yourself to a concentrated set of skills. The scope of Game Design abroad is higher in terms of the number of jobs and pay scale than in India.

The main difference between these two programmes is the length of study and depth of creative study-
BSc in Animation (3 years): It is a technical course with a strong emphasis on execution in animation and visual effects.
BDes in Animation (4 years): A more general course with a strong emphasis on creative thinking and artistic theory. While technical skills are taught, there is an extra year to explore the "art" of storytelling and conceptualisation in detail.
In summary, a BSc in Animation is more technical, whereas a BDes in Animation is more on the creative side.

First you need to decide on the college and specialisation you're going to aim for. Make sure you fit the eligibility well before applying. Appear for the entrance exams like CEED, CUET PG, NID, NIFT Entrance, etc. Some colleges might accept admission based on merit in the last qualification exam as well.
